"Sheila is not far from me in Wales," said Pritchard Webb. "I have known her for a long time, I rode for once. This is a first venture – we have been talking about doing something together since I started buying horses.
"This is a really nice type, a lovely model, be nice to run around those tracks near her. We can get on with him and will be excited to see him over a fence,I think that is where his career lies, he is still only six.
"Sheila is going places so it is exciting."

Lot 15:
the consistent colt Mulciber (Advertise) is bought by new racing syndicate Pompey Ventures, Ned Sangster at Park Paddocks in charge of purchasing and going to 17,000gns for the three-year-old.
The colt is a two-time winner for trainer Marco Botti successful as a two-year-old last autumn and this year when a winner over a mile at Newcastle in February. He has run again since and was second at Southwell over a mile in March off a BHA rating of 63.
The syndicate's horses are trained by Ollie Sangster as well as Karl Burke, George Boughey, Harry Derham and Dylan Cunha.
"This horse will be going to Dylan Cunha," reported Sangster, a grandson of the late Robert Sangster. "He looks very genuine and when he was beat the earlier this month he really put his head down and tried hard. He should be a fun horse, we will geld him and hope that brings a bit of improvement."
Of Pompei Ventures, he added: "The syndicates are all about getting young people into racing, making racehorse ownership affordable."
Bred by Fittocks, Bengough & Partner, Mulciber's second dam is the Group 3 winner Pink Symphony, dam of Highland Chief, winner of the Group 1 Man O'War Stakes (G1).

Tattersalls February Sale
At the conclusion of the 2024 Tattersalls February Sale, T
attersalls Chairman Edmond Mahony commented:
“The sale-topping 200,000gns Shadwell broodmare TAQAAREED and the 125,000gns Juddmonte colt RETORT were the obvious highlights of the 2024 Tattersalls February Sale. TAQAAREED is the second-highest price at this fixture since 2018 and RETORT is the third highest-priced colt in training ever sold at the Tattersalls February Sale with both of them demonstrating the sustained domestic and international demand for quality breeding stock and horses in training.
“As ever the overseas contribution has been notable. Buyers from throughout Europe and the Gulf region have been out in force, the 125,000gns colt RETORT is heading to Australia and North African buyers have again been conspicuous.
"Domestic British and Irish buyers, both Flat and National Hunt, have been the mainstay of the sale, but the smallest February catalogue since 2014 has unsurprisingly produced turnover some way short of last year’s impressive figure and the clearance rate, while eminently respectable, has not matched the customary market-leading levels that we would aspire to at sales of this nature.
"Nevertheless, the average and median have both held up well with small increases in both categories, and the National Hunt fraternity have a rare and immediate opportunity to look forward to, with the outstanding Andy and Gemma Brown Dispersal taking place this coming Monday 5th February at Tattersalls Ireland."

Lot 338:
Clearpoint from the Charlie Fellowes Bedford House draft makes 75,000gns, bought by PCF Racing. Trainer Simon Hodgson, who took over the mantle for the training stables from the late Peter Hedger, was in the sale ring and bidding from under the window and signed under his own name and for PCF Racing.
The son of Ardad was sold with a race entry on Sunday in Lingfield's Listed Kachy Stakes, but Hodgson is unsure whether the entry will be taken up.
"He has been bought for John Whelan of PCF Racing," said Hodgson. "I don't know if we will run on Sunday, we will need to chat about it. John is a big supporter of his trainers, has lost some good sprint handicappers and has been looking to replace them. This was the only horse we had on the list today that was worth having a look at. John is in his 80s, he loves going racing and when he gets a bee in his bonnet he normally buys."
Of this horse, he outlined: "He has been running well, I would have liked his Turf form to have been a little bit stronger but he looks as though he does not want heavy ground. We should have a lot of fun with him.
"We said that he would make between 60,000gns and 80,000gns, we were bang on the money. Whether he runs on Sunday or not I don't know, he is not well in at the weights."
The four-year-old Clearpoint is rated 91 and has finished third over 5f on his last two starts. He is the winner of four races, last time in November at Wolverhampton off a BHA mark of 86.
He was bought at the Tattersalls August Sale 2023 by owner Paul Wildes for 22,000gns.
(14:34)
Lot 311:
Band Of Steel, by Golden Horn and out of Shama's Crown (New Approach), is heading to Libya, sold by Sean Woods' Shalfleet Stables to agent Ramzi Alghul for 52,000gns.
The four-year-old colt has run 14 times to win once (as a juvenile) and finished placed three times. He is rated 75, having achieved a BHA high of 85.
Alghul outlined plans: "He is going to Libya, he will take a rest for two or three weeks and then we are goingg to start training him and we hope the outcome will be what we think of him! He is well built, a good size, we like him. We think he is a good fit for Libya, we have been checking him for the last ten days now. His form has dropped a little but we think we can get that back up there."
Of his own business, Alghul said: "I have clients in Egypt, Dubai, I have a few clients everywhere! We are doing well we have had seven or eight winners in Dubai this winter. "
(13:54)
Lot 297:
Character Testing (Time Test ex Characterized (Oasis Dream)) is sold by Barton Sales to the Norfolk-based owner Mike Bringloe for 58,000gns.
The three-year-old gelding won at Southwell over a mile last time out for Tom Clover, having finished second on all four previous starts, and Bringloe has had horses in training with Clover previously.
Characterized is a granddaughter of the 1,000 Guineas winner Sleepytime.
Clover said: "he is a lovely horse and Mike who is an existing owner expressed an interest and so the horse is coming back to us, which is really pleasing. The horse has plenty of size and there is lots of improvement in him. He will probably benefit from being gelded so we might get that done now and then take a view on plans.
"I think we can look forward to a really exciting campaign with him. He might be a horse who can step up to ten furlongs and might also suit a campaign abroad in time."
(13:50)
Lot 280:
First Encore from the Ed Walker Racing draft is bought by JD Moore for 62,000gns.
The gelding is the winner of his last two starts over 7f and is now rated 81.
Moore said: "He is for trainer Hamad Al Jehani in Qatar, he has the recent Qatar Derby winner Jeff Koons in his stable and he has been very lucky at Tattersalls. This is a very good physical, his form is rock solid, he looks progressive with a lovely profile and he has been very well produced by Ed Walker and his team.
The gelding is out of the Acclamation mare All Star Cast, a winner at two and placed third at Listed level in France. Third dam is Rajeem, the dam of Invincible Army, winner of the Duke Of York Stakes (G2), the Pavilion Stakes (G3), the Chipchase Stakes (G3) and the Sierenia Stakes (G3). He also twice finished in the places in Group 1 sprints when third in the Flying Five and fourth in the Prix de l'Abbaye.
(12:56)
Lot 276:
Perfect Judgement, by Inns Of Court and out of the winning Bahamian Bounty mare Perfect Venture, is signed for by Stephen Thorne of Shamrock Thoroughbreds for 30,000gns, buying out former part owners.
The gelding has run six times and won in January at Dundalk over 6f for trainer Adrian McGuinness and off an official handicap mark of 77.
The three-year-old is a half-brother to Shalailah, who was a runner-up in the Silver Flash Stakes (G3) for Joseph O'Brien.
(12:40)
Lot 221:
Swing The Ring is bought by Peter Harper, acting as agent for Abdulla Salam Alsamah, the team spending 50,000gns for the three-year-old gelding sold by Jamie Railton.
"He is going to Saudi Arabia," said Harper. "He looks nice, he looks progressive, he looks as though he should fit the bill. We hope he does a job in Saudi. We had to spend more than we had thought, and a trainer has yet to be decided."
The son of Not This Time is a half-brother to five winners in the US. He has run twice since the catalogue was published finishing fourth over 6f at Lingfield and then Newcastle for trainer Kevin Phillippart De Foy and the former owner the Westminster Racing Syndicate.
(11:25)
Lot 220:
the Qatari-bred Rayyan Du Thaila is bought by William Douglass to go to Qatar, spending 55,000gns on the son of Bated Breath.
"He is for an owner in Qatar, and as a Qatari-bred he qualifies for the local-bred thoroughbred races. I thought this is a nice horse. He has been with Kevin Philippart De Foy," said Douglass.
The colt is out of the Galileo mare Facade, who has black-type placed form and is a daughter of the Listed-placed Charlotte Bronte (Danehill Dancer).
(11:18)
Lot 219:
the four-year-old gelding Cresta Cat by Bobby's Kitten, sold by Jamie Railton, is bought by trainer Andy Irvine / Ian Beach for 45,000gns.
The bay gelding is out of Alpensinfonie (Montjeu), the dam of four winners and a half-sister to Starbourne, a Listed winner and Group 1 placed in the Irish 1000 Guineas. It is the further family of Lady Carla, winner of the Epsom Oaks.
Cresta Cat is still a maiden in four racecourse starts, but has been placed three times and finished second on his last start over 1m4f at Kempton in January.
(11:00)
Lot 210:
"He has been bought to go jumping and is for Dan Skelton," said Martin Wanless after purchasing the last-time-out winner Mostly Sunny for 32,000gns. "Dan saw the horse yesterday and liked him, but is not here today."
The chestnut gelding by Zarak won a third career start at Kempton two days ago over 1m4f having also previously won over as far as 2m.
He was trained by Heather Main, and has been with the Oxfordshire-based trainer since the gelding was purchased by Graham Thorner for 2,000gns at the Tattersalls August HIT Sale in 2021.

Queen Of Fairies is bought by Tally-Ho Stud as a broodmare prospect.
The daughter of Cracksman, a winner in the UK and in France, is out of the Group 3 Derrinstown Stud 1000 Guineas Trial winner Bean Feasa (Dubawi). She is a half-sister to Teofilo, the champion juvenile of 2006, winner of the Dewhurst Stakes (G1) and the National Stakes (G1), and to the Group 2 winner Poetic Charm.
Henry O'Callaghan is in Newmarket for the farm and said: "She will be one for our new stallion Good Guess."
The son of Kodiac retired to the farm for this spring, winner of the Prix Jean Prat (G1). He stands at a fee of €17,500.
(16:24)
Lot 129:
Retort, the dual-winning son of Frankel, is bought by SackvilleDonald for 125,000gns, Alastair Donald in the ring and buying on behalf of Highclere Australia. The three-year-old colt was bred by and sold today by Juddmonte, having been trained in France by Henri-Francois Devin. He won his maiden last November and picked up a mile conditions race at Chantilly in January, winning by two lengths.
Donald said: "We have had a bit of luck for Highclere – we bought the subsequent Group 1 winner Durstan for the team. Highclere has a nice horse at the moment in Australia called Naval College and he has won his last three.
"This is a neat bonny horse who goes on all ground. He is by Frankel, he is a proper horse, he is rated 90 and on the up. He probably would have made more money if he had been sold later in the year."
The colt is out of the unraced Oasis Dream mare Responsible, a half-sister to Banks Hill, Cacique, Champs Elysees, Intercontinental, Heat Haze and Dansili.
"He was not really on the radar until that last win, which I think it jumped him up a bit,"added Donald. "He has won from the back, he has won on all grounds and you need a versatile horse for Australia. He is an extremely sound and he vetted well. It is hard to buy them in that kind of price range for Australia.
"I think he will stay a little bit further, most of the family are milers but looking at his racing style he might get ten furlongs, and there is good money at every distance in Australia. He will be going to Annabel Neasham and I think Harry [Herbert] will have no problem selling the shares quite quickly, particularly after the success they have had of late."
(16:01)
Lot 111:
it is exciting times for the O'Mahony family having last autumn purchased the prestigious nursery Knocktoran Stud, a farm previously owned by Brendan and Anne-Marie Hayes who bred numerous top-class horses on the County Limerick property, including the Classic winners Precieuse and Tie Black.
The O'Mahonys are now looking to expand the broodmare band for the new farm, and in charge of bidding at Tattersalls today was James O'Mahony. he he went to 62,000gns to buy the Listed-placed Lady Bullet, by James Garfield and sold by Alice Haynes Racing.
She is out of Lil's Joy, a Group 3 runner-up and dam of the speedy Ever Given, a Listed winner and Group 3 placed.
"We will get her home and make plans then, but she has her black-type now and she will be retired to stud, "said O'Mahony. "We are usually trying to make fillies with black-type but sometimes you have to buy them!
"We will send her to a proven stallion, it is undecided who yet. She is a nice physical.
"She has been bought for Knocktoran. We have not done much with the farm yet, we are going to foal the mares at home and then move them over – the plan is to run Springwell as the farm, my brother Conor milks the cows, and the new farm as the stud. The two farms are only ten minutes apart, and it made a lot of sense – it is the best of land, a lot of good racehorses have been produced around there and it is 250 acres, places like that just don't come up very often, you could be a lifetime waiting for that sort of opportunity.
"For the time being and in the current circumstances we would like to keep to around 15 of our own mares, but who knows what the future will bring."
(15:39)
Lot 107:
Taqaareed, a winning Sea The Stars sister to the dual Group 1 winner Taghrooda, sold in-foal to Pinatubo and from the Shadwell draft makes 200,000gns. She was bought by Jill Lamb for Childwickbury Stud.
"She stood out really – she is a full-sister to a champion, she is a lovely model, she is in-foal to a champion whose yearlings were very well received and we tried very hard to buy a foal by him last year and we could not get one," explained Lamb. "This foal is closely related to Tafreej who was 90 rated, it is all quite encouraging. It was a bit more than we were planning to spend and that was definitely our last bid!"
When asked of ongoing plans, she added: "The plan is to have a meeting right now! But I guess we would like to try and find a Dubawi stallion for her."
The stud, which is owned by Paul and Sally Flatt, the latter accompanying Lamb in the ring, will now have six mares on the farm and Lamb added: "Sally and Paul want to build the stud back up to where it was when it was owned by Mr Jim Joel."
Stud manager Christian Williams was also in the ring and said: "We are looking to buy commercial mares and we will keep some nice fillies to add to the broodmare band, and sell the colts. We are delighted to buy this mare and it was a great opportunity."
(15:11)
Lot 45:
the Dullingham Park-offered Colour Code (Due Diligence), who was placed at two in 2023 and again in January as a three-year-old , is bought by Hurworth Bloodstock for 34,000gns.

(14:11)

Her dam is Danceabout (Shareef Dancer), winner of the Sun Chariot Stakes (G2), the Oak Tree Stakes (L) and third in the Falmouth Stakes (G2).

(13:20)
Lot 33:
Highflyer Bloodstock spends 32,000gns on Moon Island consigned by Norris Bloodstock. She was sold in-foal to Ardad on an April 21 cover.
A 2019-born filly by Oasis Dream, she is the winner of two races, and is a half-sister to the Listed placed Singyoursong (Aqlaam) and the Listed-winning hurdler Rejaan.
Under the second dam is the Dick Hern Stakes (L) winner and Group 3 placed Annabelle's Charm, dam of Charming Thought, winner of the Middle Park Stakes (G1). It is the further family of the Group 1 winners Ballingarry, Starborough, the champion St Nicholas Abbey and Aristotle.
(13:13)
Lot 31:
Broadhurst Agency goes to 22,000gns for the once-placed Naturelle, a 2020 filly by Night Of Thunder.
She is a daughter of Nahoodh (Clodovil), winner of the Falmouth Stakes (G1) and the Lowther Stakes (G2) and twice placed at Group 1 level. She has bred six winners, including the Listed winner and juvenile Listed-placed Hawkesbury (Shamardal).
She was sold Linkslade Stables for Foursome Thoroughbreds.
(13:05)
